MISSION STATEMENT

We are a team of professionals dedicated to assisting our clients make informed financial decisions in both their personal and business lives. We provide tools, knowledge and experience for our clients. We achieve this by following the steps and ideas provided in the culture statement. All team members will uphold the company goals and objectives.

We focus our efforts on clients that are interested in succeeding. Our clients are selected based on their attitude and integrity that are in alingment with our standards. Size or financial standing are not considerations in who is chosen to be our clients.

We treat all clients, vendors, team members with respect and dignity. We perform at a level of professionalism and integrity that set the highest standards. We will constantly be willing to go above and beyond the expected and never settle until the job is not just done but is done correctly.

CONDUCT STATEMENT

  1. Integrity – Team members conduct themselves in a truthful, positive, professional, and sincere manner when dealing with those around them.
  2. Learning - Team members are constantly working on increasing their knowledge in areas that improve us and areas that benefit our clients. Improving ourselves is the highest priority. Team members are constantly striving to grow and increase their skills.
  3. Teaching - Team members share their knowledge and experience. Assisting clients and other team members grow and learn is vital to the development and growth of the company and all team members.
  4. Ownership - Team members will ensure all work performed is done effectively, efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. Team members take responsibility for the work done and never leave a job unfinished or inaccurate.
  5. Excellence - perfection is not obtainable, excellence is obtainable. Team members work on achieving excellence. We do not waste time on finding fault. Instead, we work on finding solutions and correcting errors and mistakes.
  6. Communication – In both oral and written communications, team members are honest and positive. This style is performed in both their private and public communications. Team members respect those around them and avoid gossip and disrespectful conversations.
  7. Gratitude – Team members acknowledge that there is always something to appreciate in life. We maintain that it is critical to focus on the positive to achieve the ability to assist ourselves and our clients in obtaining success in their lives.
  8. Delivery - Every team member plays a vital role in the company. Team members understand that accomplishing tasks as promised is important. When events occur to prevent team members from meeting deadlines and promises, the rest of the team is impacted. No job is beneath any team member.
  9. Balance - Team members maintain a balance between spiritual needs, work life and family. All three areas are necessary for development and growth as both a team member and a person.
  10. Respect - Team members have respect for themselves and those around them. We treat those around us in a manner that encourages growth and confidence.
  11. Non-Disclosure - Team members will not disclose any client or company information without prior authorization unless required to do so legally.
  12. Passion - Team members gain joy and satisfaction from assisting others. There is a love of life and learning that is part of every team members value system.

Debra graduated from Texas A&M (formerly as State University) fifth in her graduating class. She has been a certified public accountant since 1989. She has extensive experience in areas of accounting auditing, and tax. This wide range of experience provides a sound basis for assisting clients on their tax and accounting requirements.
